Shipping Policy:

Please note our shipping policy as follows:
Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days
Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5 business days
Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 70 Taka
Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 120 taka

On the occasion of some exceptional cases expatiated below, a customer wishes to return a product after purchase, then we offer a provision to return the purchased product in good condition according to the product categories.
If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement or return. But to claim the replacement or return, you need to return the product instantly before the delivery man leaves your place. Otherwise, the product will lose the eligibility to be returned or replacement.
We require 5 working days to execute our return and refund/replacement process.
